Tammy has been a Professional Real Estate Agent since 2018, holding a degree in Business Administration and Marketing.  Tammy’s passion for selling Real Estate stems from her own experience in developing, owning, and selling both residential and commercial properties.  Tammy’s hands on construction and marketing experience quickly translated into a Real Estate career that offers her clients a unique real world guidance that reaches far beyond just location and price.

Tammy’s attention to detail and ability to close her clients deals and has earned her the KW Ruby Award 7 straight years, which is the highest award presented by The Keller William Agency. 

Tammy is licensed in Iowa, South Dakota, and Nebraska. Tammy works smart and strategically, representing both Buyers and Sellers individual needs.  Whether they are buying their very first home, sorting through investments properties, relocating, or simply looking for a change in home ownership as life evolves.

Tammy understands that Real Estate is not a 9-5 job….but has found a life balance as she enjoys family time with her husband Rick, and their 3 children – Addison, Will and Henry. They are a tight nit family who enjoy traveling to warm places, going to the lake, concerts, golf, prayer, and of course grilling out on their Family Farm.
