Tammy is an expert in the real estate market in residential, commercial and new construction representing Buyers and Sellers independently since 2018. Her background stems back prior to being licensed in real estate as an owner of both multiple residential and commercial properties, and being a business owner.  This along with her personal experiences in building homes with her husband, this allows her to understand the construction process from the ground up including designing layout, picking out the latest trend of material finishes, and scheduling.  She has held licenses in three states- Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota, which gives her an edge to keep up with the needs of her clients.  She works with both buyers and sellers whether they are buying their very first home, investments, relocating or looking for a change in home ownership as life evolves.
